If your item has a manufacturing fault, please fill out the form below to start the returns process. You have 14 days to log the fault after receiving delivery. 

The form requires photographs to enable us to assess the fault. We may arrange for an engineer to visit your home as sometimes the item can be fixed on site.

If your item cannot be fixed by an engineer, we will arrange collection of the faulty item and deliver your replacement.
