Free UK Mainland Delivery
We offer free delivery to UK mainland addresses on all orders over £499, regardless of size.
Delivery Charges for Orders Under £499
• Small items (e.g., taps, wastes): £12
• Large items (e.g., basins, baths): £49
For deliveries outside the UK, including Europe and International destinations, costs will vary. Please contact us for a specific quote.
In-Store Collection
You can opt for free local collection from our Taunton warehouse to avoid delivery fees. After placing your order and choosing local collection at checkout, we will prepare your order and notify you when it’s ready for pickup.
Showroom Orders
Showroom purchases to UK mainland addresses are charged £29.
This fee applies as in-store orders are typically handled and processed directly by our warehouse team in Taunton.
Delivery Timings
We generally estimate delivery within 10-14 days, although some brands may offer faster delivery times. For specific delivery times, please contact us at 03330 411 599.
Once your order is ready for dispatch, we will reach out to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Please note: All deliveries are curbside only. For special delivery requests, contact us and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Delivery Methods
We partner with UPN and FedEx for most deliveries, and we have our own delivery van for local deliveries in the South West.
An additional surcharge may apply for deliveries to hard-to-reach areas. If you’re concerned about access, please get in touch to discuss.
We are dedicated to ensuring every product arrives in perfect condition.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an additional cost. If you’re interested in this service, please contact us.
Order Status
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order’s status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please call us on 03330 411 599 with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue.
International & Non UK Mainland Delivery
We offer international and non UK mainland delivery, but due to variable costs, each delivery is quoted individually. Please contact us to request a quote.
